The delivery of the products purchased on www.mxgp-store.comtakes place on average within 3-5 working days from reception of the order for Italy and the EU, and within 7 days for all other destinations.
Delivery may be delayed in case of holidays; carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and at weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to normal shipping times for administrative checks.

Shipping to non-EU countries
Shipping to destinations outside the European Union is subject to import taxes or custom duties. Such charges will be borne exclusively by the Customer, who will pay the amount to the Carrier or to the relevant customs authority.
Lack of customs clearance
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all necessary information and/or payment of all relevant duties in order to guarantee customs clearance of the parcel. If the parcel is not cleared, it will be returned to our warehouse. Due to the regulations applied by national authorities to try and contain the spread of Covid-19, there might be delays to standard delivery times. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How to return an item
If you would like to return an item you purchased, follow these simple steps:
1. Wait 24 hours after reception of the order, then log into your account here: Loginin. Click on “My Orders” then on “Request a Return”. Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason for the request. We remind you that it is not possible to replace an item for size change.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with the return form, instructions on how to contact the courier, and the address of our warehouse, which you must print and apply on the box containing the products you wish to return.
If you choose to use our courier, the cost of the service will be deducted from the refund for the products.
3. Put the items into their original packaging. They must be returned in the same conditions you received them, i.e. perfectly preserved, complete of all their parts, unused, with their original packaging, and labels and tags still attached to the items.
Returned items will be checked at our warehouse to ensure that they are in their original conditions; any damage or missing part resulting in a decrease in the value of the item will be charged to you, and you will be refunded only the residual value.

5. Keep the receipt of the shipment.
6. When the return reaches our warehouse, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal).
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
We inform you that under art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of “tailored or clearly customized products”. With reference to the afore-mentioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you are informed and accept that among the “custom-made or clearly customized products” the Products indicated as customizable in the relevant fact sheet are included.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY – RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS
In case of defects and/or non-compliance, you will be entitled to the restoration of the conformity of the product by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a repair or replacement or refund of the item no later than 2 (two) months after discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and Articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal warranty of conformity which covers conformity defects of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months after delivery.
To request a refund or replacement or repair, please contact our customer care atmxgpstore@mxgp.com indicating as a specific reason “Product damaged, non-conforming or incorrect shipment” and attaching one or more photographs of the article in question, showing the defect clearly.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions to proceed with the shipment.
The authorization to return the product will not in any way constitute recognition ofnon-compliance, which must be ascertained by us after the return.
We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after appropriate quality checks have been carried out to verify the actual non-compliance of the returned item.
Ifnon-compliance of the product is confirmed, we will make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal).
